Michelle is an outdoor girl drawn to natural beauty and always has been. Within aesthetic medicine, she focuses on injectable treatments that encourage your body’s natural processes to improve your skin quality and volume in a safe and effective manner.

After spending the first part of her career in Neonatal ICU medicine, Michelle discovered her passion for beauty and regenerative health. She loves helping women look and feel radiant, youthful, and powerful. Her style is to deliver a natural look, prioritizing long-term skin health using subtle preventative enhancements. Michelle has a personal history of inferior thyroid management so she will go to bat for you to reach optimal hormone health; after all, being radiant and powerful has to start from within!

Kristy Money

RN

Kristy Money is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Mears Medical, bringing 29 years of experience in the nursing profession, with over 2 years specializing in aesthetics. She has a profound passion for regenerative aesthetic treatments and takes pleasure in helping individuals look and feel their best. Kristy firmly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to age gracefully and feel naturally beautiful, and she is committed to assisting them in achieving this goal.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kristy finds relaxation in activities such as swimming, biking, running, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and pets. She is excited about continuing her work in the aesthetics field and staying updated on all the latest regenerative treatments.

Tom Hippler

Tom’s passion is in helping men and women harness the power of nutrition to achieve a healthy and full life through balanced habits and a positive relationship with food. He has helped hundreds of clients in their journey for weight loss, muscle gain, endurance athletics, and longevity. His personal challenges led him to develop a unique approach to balancing improvement and a well-lived life. Tom strongly believes that you can achieve any health goal you set your mind to; and he is here to ensure it happens while having fun with food again, one meal at a time!

Tom Provides:
Weekly meetings in which we fully taper a meal plan to your specific goals. New recipes are implemented weekly, as well as maneuvering caloric intake based on your upcoming week to work with daily life changes.

Includes New Weekly Meal Plan, Fitness Plan, Recipes, Body Fat Measurement, App Download, and reachability by Text.
